Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following!
- Grab your current read.
- Open to a random page.
- Share a few teaser sentences from somewhere on that page.
- MAKE SURE NOT TO INCLUDE SPOILERS! (you don't want to give too much away and ruin the book for other readers)
- Share the title and author too, so that other readers can add your book to their TBR list if they like your teaser!

I first tried to read Obernewtyn when I was in middle school, but it is high fantasy and got too complicated. Then I lost track of it. But I was lucky to stumble upon and awesome Midsummer Eve's Hop entry from the lovely Susanna from Susie Bookworm; that brought back my interest and I won!!
The Obernewtyn Chronicles is an Australian series which has been released in America. However some of the books have been split into two editions due to the size of the original, so if you look to purchase them pay attention. You can get all of the books from the Book Depository and those are the same as the Australian versions!
